Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized items like welding machines or gas cylinders, we use specialized freight carriers which may require an additional 2 days for scheduling.
What is your return policy on used consumables?
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used consumables such as electrodes, wire spools, or shielding gas. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer bulk discounts for industrial accounts?

Are the welding helmets covered under warranty?
All auto-darkening helmets come with a standard manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand. This covers lens defects and electronic malfunctions.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
